write file access denied

Write file is access denied.

Hi all,
I have a problem when I try to overwrite a device driver file on Vista 64bits platform. Vista does not allow me although I try to change all security settings. The driver file is not in read only mode but it is just not allowed me to overwrite.
How
can I solve it if I want to overwrite a drive file with a new binary driver file?
Thanks. HS Phuah

Try starting Windows Explorer with "Run as Administrator" and then use it to delete the old file and/or replace it with the new one.
